3. Pricing and Payment:

We accept various payment methods, as listed on our website. Prices are displayed in USD. Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your location.

4. Returns and Refunds:

For in-stock items, you may return the product within 2 weeks of receipt for a full refund. Custom-built products are not returnable. All returns must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

5. Warranty:

Our products come with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product develops a defect during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including trademarks, copyrights, and logos, is the property of Jakub Charkiewicz. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, its size, weight, and destination. We offer a variety of shipping options. The exact cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

2. Order Processing and Shipping Times:

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, for custom-built products, please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation:

Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided in their shipping confirmation email. We also offer delivery confirmation for all orders.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

5. International Shipping:

We ship internationally to many countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
